Digitizing Checklist

Video / Audio Services

Dodge-Chrome can take your old home VHS (NTSC, PAL, SECAM), VHS-c, Betamax, U-Matic, 8mm cassette, Hi-8, Digital 8, MiniDv tapes or 8mm, Super 8, 16mm film, Cassette Tapes, Vinyl LPs, and Audio Reels and digitize the footage or audio onto a dvd. We also can convert the files into an MP4 and transfer them to a provided USB or a Dodge-Chrome branded drive. Our highly qualified professionals take pride in immortalizing your precious videos and audio so that it can easily be viewed for years to come.

Film Scanning

Our digital film scanning services allow us to handle the most popular professional film formats:

  • 35mm, 120, 220 roll film
  • 4×5, 5×7, 8×10 sheet film
  • E-6 (transparency), C-41 (color negative), and B&W film types


We can digitize entire rolls of film or you can select individual frames for scanning film images. We use our film scanning knowledge and experience scan your priceless film for web use, archiving, or digital reproduction.

Family Photo Scanning

One of the most popular scanning services that Dodge Chrome offers is our ability to take your old family photos, documents, letters, photo albums, newspapers / clippings, and anything else you can think of and digitize them into a viewable and shareable format. We will take your collection and work with you to decide how you want your images organized and named to give you the most complete package of your originals. 


Dodge-Chrome also provides digital restoration services for your cherished originals. If there are water stains, tears, creasing, fading, or anything else that can happen to your originals, we can help restore the digital version to look like it originally did.

Large / Flat Artwork

This is our bread and butter of large scans. We can take your framed or unframed artwork and create a scan that looks, and is color corrected to match, your original piece. Whether it is a fine art print, a canvas piece, a fine art original, or your family arts and crafts project we can help!


We will create a file that can simply be used for digital use, or we will work to make true reproduction level scan that is just a beautiful as your original. We also provide fine art reproduction giclée's on fine art papers and canvas.

Appointments

While Dodge-Chrome does not require appointments to go over your projects, we do suggest you try to schedule one if you can so that we can spend a dedicated amount of time with you in the store. We will go over things like estimated costs, timelines, and what you are really expecting out of the project.
